Kickin'Inn, Campbelltown

I have been to Kickin’inn Campbelltown a number of times unfortunately I have the worst experience there 1. Food was cold and tasteless 2. Crabs tasted like it’s about to go bad and it was so mushy and disgusting 3. 2 times we found hair in our food first time we asked the waitress to please change the bag he said I can’t change the whole bag I can get u 10 crabs we said okay before the 10 crabs arrive we found another piece of hair in the other half of the crab we asked to talk to the manager and the manager was so rude and disrespectful he didn’t offer canceling the bill and he didn’t want to bring a new mixed bag since the other one was bad we asked to talk to the owner since we talked to the owner before more then 3 times and the guy was so nice and helpful about it and in these 3 times he didn’t charge us and we got a new bag. But today the so called manager didn’t do anything about it and instead he was so rude when we said we will report this he said “ you can’t do anything ma’am “ and he only gave us 25% discount and he cancelled the 10 crabs. Definitely not worth spending your money and getting food posing 0/10 definitely not recommended

The idea was fantastic! We booked for 7 people 7:30.arrived on time. The place was almost full. They had 1 person taking orders. We didn't get a drinks order till 30 mins after being seated and our food once ordered didn't arrive till an hour later....very poor service, we almost walked out. We ordered 2 mixed bags with additions. They ran out of baby octopus, I would've understood corn or potatoes but seafood???? The pipis were tiny and you had to seive thru to find them. Just a bag of shells. Paddle crabs were a Mish to get into. Need a crab cracker and not your teeth. Thankfully it was our family last supper together before everyone left to different countries so conversations were great to keep the mood up otherwise it would've gone soooo differently 🙂

What an amazing, fantastic, fun time & experience had with the family. We loved and enjoyed having the messy tasty Cajun Seafood feast on the table & wearing our bibs & gloves. Our Happy tummy’s, it was a pleasure & a Seafood experience, one we will never forget . We will be back for more. Thank you to the wonderful & friendly staff who made it fun for us & looked after us.

Fantastic experience! Went there yesterday. It was my wife's birthday. The staffs are very helpful. They even give us free food because it was birthday and at the end of our dining they also brought a small desert and sang birthday song. Also put happy birthday on their speakers. The attitude of the staffs are tremendously helpful. Highly recommended for a very good experience and good food.
